i haven’t played since high school but i’ve been dying to start again lately. i picked her up from my dads house on saturday. that night i restrung her, tuned her, and polished her all up. unfortunately i’m missing all of my sheet music from high school. so.. i have to go shopping at some point this week to replace some of my favorite pieces to play. prob this weekend actually since i get paid friday. i spent a shit load on merch in the past week so.. yeah.
it’s a viola, NOT a violin btw. god.. no. i get bitchy when people are ignorant about that and call it a violin. i’ve always been so proud of being a viola player even though its the most under appreciated instrument in the orchestra. we started alto clef appreciation day in high school. everyone in the section wore violet on january 3rd..
